Tangyuanyuan (tangyuanyuan.com, the "Service") provides AI-powered text-to-image generation. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing page. After cancellation, no further charges are made at the end of the current period, and credits you already hold remain valid with no expiry.
Credits are digital goods delivered instantly and usable immediately, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For questions about an order, contact hello@flux1ai.com.
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute:
You also may not abuse the API through automation, circumvent the credit system, or interfere with normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refunding used credits.
You hold the usage rights to images you generate. Images generated on a paid plan (credit pack or subscription) may be used commercially; images generated with free credits are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for ensuring your actual use is lawful.
The Service relies on third-party models and infrastructure, including image generation APIs, cloud storage, and payment processing. Their availability and changes are not fully within our control.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated results will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on the site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service.
