• Usage data: the prompts you submit, generation parameters, generated images, timestamps, and credit transaction records.
• Payment information: order and subscription status. Your card details are handled by a third-party payment provider — we never receive or store them.

2. How We Use It

• To provide the Service: generating images, displaying your creations, and deducting and recording credits;
• To process payments and subscriptions;
• To troubleshoot, maintain security, and improve the Service.

We do not use your images or prompts to train models, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How Your Data Is Handled

To generate an image, your prompt is sent to a third-party model provider. Your account information and generation records are stored with the cloud services we use.

4. Retention and Deletion

You can delete your creations from the gallery page, after which they will no longer be displayed. Related records may be retained for a period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.

5. Cookies

We use only the session cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to request account deletion.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, please use it with a guardian's consent.
